Section 67: Fees required for certificate granted on appeal

The Maharashtra Boiler Rules, 1962State Rules of Maharashtra · 1923

Any order on appeal authorizing the registering of a boiler or the grant or renewal of a certificate shall be deemed to be subject to the payment of such fees as are prescribed by rules or regulations framed under the Act.
