Section 7P: Appeal against decision of Inspector.

The Bombay Gas Supply Act, 1939.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 9 of 1939

(1) An appeal shall lie from the decision of the Inspector under this Act to the State Government or such officer as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint in this behalf.

(2) Every such appeal shall be made within 30 days from the date of the decision of the Inspector.]
