Every society, officer or past officer, member or past member, employee or past employee of a society, or any other person who commits an offence under section 146 shall, on conviction, be punished,—
(a) if it is an offence under clause (a) of that section, with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to 2[five thousand rupees], or with both ;
(b) if it is an offence under clause (b) of that section, with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 3[three years] or with fine which may extend to 4[fifteen thousand rupees], or with both ;
(c) if it is an offence under clause (c) of that section, with fine which may extend to 5[five thousand rupees] ;
(d) if it is an offence under clause (d) of that section, with fine which may extend to 6[five thousand rupees] ;
(e) if it is an offence under clause (e) of that section, with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both ;
7[(e-1) if it is an offence under clause (e-1) of that section, with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine which may extend to 8[fifteen thousand rupees], or with both ;
(e-2) if it is an offence under clause (e-2) of that section, with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine which may extend to 9[fifteen thousand rupees], or with both ;]
(f) if it is an offence under clause (f) of that section, with fine which may extend to 10[five thousand rupees] ;

(g) if it is an offence under clause (g) of that section, with fine which may extend to 1[five thousand rupees] ;

3[(h-1) if it is an offence under clause (h-1) under that section, with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees ;]
(i) if it is an offence under clause (i) of that section, with fine which may extend to 4[five thousand rupees] ;
(j) if it is an offence under clause (j) of that section, with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one month, or with fine which may extend to 5[five thousand rupees], or with both;
(k) if it is an offence under clause (k) of that section, with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with fine which may extend to 6[ten thousand rupees], or with both ;
(l) if it is an offence under clause (l) of that section, with fine which may extend to 7[one thousand rupees] ;

(o) if it is an offence under clause (o) of that section, with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine 11[which may extend to ten thousand rupees], or with both ;
(p) if it is an offence under clause (p) of that section, with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine 12[which may extend to fifteen thousand rupees], or with both ;
13[(p-1) if it is an offence under clause (p-1) of that section, with fine which may extend to twenty-five thousand rupees, or with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years, or with both ;]
14[(p-2) if it is an offence under clause (p-2) of that section, with fine of rupees one hundred per day after the expiry of period as provided in sub-section (2) of section 154B-8, which may extend to five thousand rupees;]
(q) if it is an offence under clause (q) of that section, with fine which may extend to 15[one thousand rupees].
