Section 148: Cognizance of offences

The Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960State Act of Maharashtra · Act 24 of 1961

(1) No court inferior to that of a 16[Metropolitan Magistrate or a Judicial Magistrate of the First Class], shall try any offence under this Act.
