Section 49: University and College Tribunal.

The Maharashtra COEP Technological University Act, 2022.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 35 of 2022

(1) The Tribunal established for the Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune, shall be the Tribunal for the purposes of this Act, for adjudication of disputes between the employees of the University and University.

(2) Sections 80, 81, 82, 83, 84 and 85 of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016 (Mah. VI of 2017) shall be applicable mutatis mutandis to the University.
