Section 4: Allowances for Non-official Members

(1) A non-official member shall be eligible to draw traveling allowance and daily allowance for any journey undertaking by him in connection with the work of the Board in accordance with the scale specified in rule Bombay Civil Service Rules, 1959, rule (1) (42) (a) .

(2) A non-official member, who is a local person and residing in the city where the headquarters of the Board is situated, who attends the meeting of the Board shall be cligibic for draw a conveyance allowance of Rs. 250 per sitting.

(3) A non-official member of the Board, who is a member of the State Legislature or of Parliament shall be entitled to draw the traveling and daily allowance in accordance with the law for the time being in force, relating to the allowances of the Members of the State Legislature or, as the case may be of Parliament.
