Section 35: Unreported accidents

The Maharashtra Economiser Rules, 1965State Rules of Maharashtra · 1923

If in the course of an inspection or at any other time the Dy. Director discovers damage which comes within the definition of an accident but which has not been reported, he shall report the facts at once to the Director for such action, as he deems fit.
