Section 36: Constitution of Appellate Authority

The Maharashtra Economiser Rules, 1965State Rules of Maharashtra · 1923

(1) The Appellate Authority to be constituted under section-20 shall consist of a President, and six Assessors appointed by the State Government.

(2) The President and Assessors shall hold office for such period as the state Government may specify in this behalf.
