[8. Appointment of committees.- (1) Subject to any rules made in this behalf, the Board may from time to time constitute one or more committees for the purpose of securing the efficient discharge of its functions, and in particular, for the purpose of securing that the functions are discharged with due regard to the circumstances and requirements of any particular khadi or village industry, Such committees may be constituted for any specified local areas :
