Section 17: Cancellation of air passage

On the cancellation of a journey due to official reasons (or circumstances which are unavoidable and are beyond his control), a Presiding Officer shall be entitled to be reimbursed by Government any deduction made by an Air Transport Company when refunding the fare on account of cancellation of the air passage.
