Section 6: Form of Register

The Maharashtra Partnership Rules, 1989State Rules of Maharashtra · 1932

The Register shall be maintained in Marathi in Form “ G “ and a separate page shall be devoted to each firm. The pages, after the entries are made, shall be bound in proper permanent registers in the order of the consecutive number allotted to each firm on registration.

Every entry in the Register shall be signed by the Registrar.
