Section 7: Amendment of Register

The Maharashtra Partnership Rules, 1989State Rules of Maharashtra · 1932

When an entry made in the Register is to be amended, it shall be made by drawing a red line through the entry and thereafter a new entry shall be made at the end of the existing entries.

Serial number of the new entry shall be made against the amended entry in red ink.
