Section 46A: Tourist’s permit

[46A. [Tourist's permit.].- (1) The State Government may, by rules or an order in writing, authorise an officer to grant 4[a tourists permit] to consume, to use and buy foreign liquor to a person who is a tourist.

(2) A tourists permit may be granted for the period of the tourists intended stay in the [State], but shall in no case be granted for a period exceeding one month.

(3) Such permits shall be available at such places as may be [fixed] by the [Commissioner] in this behalf.]
