Section 11: Reports

Maharashtra Prohibition of Child Marriage Rules, 2022.State Rules of Maharashtra · 2007

(1) Every Child Marriage Prohibition Officer shall submit a monthly report, in the first week of every month in Form III to the District Women and Child Development Officer about the actions taken by him under the Act and these Rules within his jurisdiction.

(2) Every District Women and Child Development Officer shall submit a quarterly report in Form IV to the Deputy Commissioner, Child Development on the basis of monthly report by the Child Marriage Prohibition Officer in respect of actions taken under the Act and these Rules within his jurisdiction.
