Section 7: Refusal of R/'cognition

Provided thiit the manag,;11lent may within thirty days from the date 0f lhe receipt of the Order submit an appeal to the State Government whose ckcision shall be final. Any appeal received afki' the period of thirty Jays ,r,all not be entertained unless management 'hows good and sufllclent cause for nol ,;lIbrnitting the ,upc:li in time:
