Section 27: Inspection by Government.

The Shree Sai Baba Sansthan Trust (Shirdi) Act, 2004.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 14 of 2004

The State Government may, depute any officer not below the rank of [Joint Secretary] to inspect any movable or immovable property, records, correspondence, plans, accounts and other documents relating to the Sansthan Trust, and the Committee and its officers and employees shall be bound to afford all facilities to such officer for such inspection.
