The Chairman of the scrutiny Committee shall be paid fixed Honorarium, as decided by the State Government. The Members of the Scrutiny Committee shall be entitled to traveling and daily allowance for attending the meeting at the rate prescribed by the Management Committee, from time to time, and such Honorarium and allowances shall be charged on the Trust Fund.
