Section 12: Appointment of experts or consultants of experts or consultants

Shree Sai Baba Sansthan Trust (Shirdi)(Conduct of Business of the meetings Scrutiny Committee) or regulations,2013.State Regulations of Maharashtra · 2004

(1) The Committee may, for the purpose of scrutiny of applications for financial aid and for monitoring utilization of the grant, take assistance of a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Engineer, any other expert or consultant to be appointed by the Trust in consultation with the Scrutiny Committee.

(2) The honorarium and allowances of the experts or consultants shall be decided by the Management Committee.
