Section 13: Medical Certificate

Shree Sai Baba Sansthan Trust (Shirdi)(General Conditions of Services) Regulations, 2013.State Regulations of Maharashtra · 2004

(1) Every person appointed for the first time to any post in the Sansthan shall within one month from the date of joining, furnish a medical certificate of fitness in the form as may be specified by the Committee. Such certificate shall be obtained from the designated Medical Officer of the Sansthan.

(2) A person who is to be or has been appointed on deputation from the State Government need not furnish medical certificate of fitness.
