Section 14: Furnishing of Security

Shree Sai Baba Sansthan Trust (Shirdi)(General Conditions of Services) Regulations, 2013.State Regulations of Maharashtra · 2004

Every Sansthan employee shall, if so required by the Executive Officer furnish for faithful discharge of his duties, such security in cash or in such form as the Committee in its discretion may determine and execute a security bond of such amount in the form as may be specified by the Committee. The security so furnished shall be invested by the Sansthan in such manner as the Committee may determine from time to time.
