Section 10: Fees payable for appeal to Grievance Redressal Committee

Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) (Grievance Redressal Committees) Rules, 2014.State Rules of Maharashtra · 1971

Every appeal before the Grievance Redressal Committee shall be accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees per applicant :

Provided that, the Affidavits in support of the Appeal shall be duly affirmed as per the provisions of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 and shall be on non-judicial stamp paper of rupees two hundred.
