Section 9: Transfer of cases to Grievance Redressal Committee

Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) (Grievance Redressal Committees) Rules, 2014.State Rules of Maharashtra · 1971

All Appeals and proceedings pending before the High Power Committee on the day immediately preceding the day of publication of these rules in the Maharashtra Government Gazette shall stand transferred to the respective Grievance Redressal Committee and shall be disposed of by the Grievance Redressal Committee as per the provisions of the Act or rules made thereunder or respective Development Control Regulations framed under Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.
