Section 13: Miscellaneous provisions for Grievance Redressal Committee

The Grievance Redressal Committee may, from time to time, issue orders or circulars not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act and the rules made thereunder or the Development Control Regulations with regard to the implementation of these rules. However, such orders or circulars may be set aside by the State Government if they are repugnant to Act, rules made thereunder or the Development Control Regulations.
