[27. Responsibility of tenant to maintain boundary marks, etc.- Notwithstanding anything contained in Chapter X of the Code, the tenant shall be responsible for the maintenance and proper repair of boundary and survey marks of the land held by him, and shall be liable to pay any charges reasonably incurred on account of service by revenue officers for the alteration, removal or repair of such marks, and also penalty, if any, imposed under that Chapter.]
