On first appointment to Trust service, a person shall drawastipend to the extent of initial basic pay of the time-scale attached to the post to which he is appointed, and he will draw a time-scale attached to that post after completion of the probation period satisfactorily, unless, & tegular minimum of the timescale attached to the post or hipher starting in that time-scale is sanctioned under the authority of regulation 25,
