Section 10: Procedure for filing of appeal before Appellate Authority

(1) An appeal shall be presented in the Form B, alongwith an application for condonation of delay if any, in person or by registered post or through an email to be sent on official email ID of the Appellate Authority.

(2) The appeal shall be accompanied by a certified copy of the order passed by the Competent Authority and all self-attested copies of documents submitted before the Competent Authority.

(3) The appellant shall serve a copy of appeal along with all documents mentioned in sub-rule

(2) to the Competent Authority and to all the parties.
