llealth Visitor/ llealth Supervisor takes or uses the name 01‘1111001Nurse, Auxiliary Nurse ivlitlwivcs, Female Health Worker, antl rupees or L1 registered or 1151CL1 1,11t1y flealth Visitor/llealth 1t1'1:‘.‘i'.i!:11 ol' Supervisor use any name, title, description, specified uniform, object or sign board withthe intention that it may be believed or with knowledge that it is likely to be believed thatsuch person is registered shall be liable to :-

(a) for the first offence with fine which may extend to rupees five thousand only.

and

(b) for any subsequent offence with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months or with line which may extend to rupees ten thousand orwith both. ' .
