Section 20: Application under Section 10 of the Act

The Meghalaya Credit Operation and Miscellaneous Provisions Rules, 1979.State Rules of Meghalaya · 1976

(1) Every application by a bank under Section 10 of the Act for the sale of any land or any interest therein shall be made, by the bank in Form ‘C’ to the prescribed authority.

(2) A copy of the original document creating the charge or mortgage duly certified by an officer of the bank authorised in this behalf shall be certified along with the application referred to in Section 10.
