Section 21: Services of notice under Section 10 of the Act

The Meghalaya Credit Operation and Miscellaneous Provisions Rules, 1979.State Rules of Meghalaya · 1976

On receipt of the application referred to in Rule 20, the prescribed authority shall cause to be noted thereon, the date of its presentation and if he is satisfied that the application is in order, a notice in Form “C” shall be served on the agriculturist or his heirs or legal representatives, as the case may be.
