Certified copies of the extracts from the entries in the records of lands may be supplied to any person on application made by him to the Deputy Commissioner or the Sub-divisional Officer under whose jurisdiction the land is situated or the authority specified in Rule 15 (1). The application shall be accompanied by a fee of Rupee one and paise twenty only.
