The Government may provide for the use of the Chief Minister, other Ministers or Ministers of State a suitable conveyance and may by rules provide for their maintenance and repair. Provided that if a Minister chooses to maintain his own car, such Minister shall be entitled to conveyance allowance of rupees three hundred per mensem.
