Section 22: Repeal and Savings

The Meghalaya Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 2018 (Act No. 8 of 2018)State Act of Meghalaya · Act 8 of 2018

(I) The Meghalaya Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 2006 is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding the repeal any action taken or anything done under the Act so repealed shall be deemed to have been taken or done under the provisions of this Act.
