Section 10: Senior radio surveyors and radio inspectors.

The Merchant Shipping Act, 2025Central Act · Act 24 of 2025

(1) The Central Government may, by notification, appoint, as many senior radio surveyors and radio inspectors as it may consider necessary for the purpose of securing compliance with the requirements of this Act and the rules made thereunder relating to radio communication.

(2) The powers and functions of the senior radio surveyors and radio inspectors shall be such as may be prescribed.
