clause shall be inserted, namely :- “(f) ‘Local Body’ means and includes Village Councils and Local Councils and any other institution of Local Self Government as may be notified by the Government to be a Local Body for the purpose of this Act.” Clause (f), (g), (h), (i) and (j) shall be renumbered accordingly.
