Ln these mles, unless the context otherwise requires-

(a) "Act" means the Multimodal Traruportation of Goods A ct,1993;

(D) "docummt" means the Multimodal Transport Document referred to in section 7of the AcU

(c) The words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meaning respectively assigned to them in the Act.
