Any person who possesses any of the qualification in the First, second or third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(102of 1956) shall, subject to any conditions laid down by or under that Act, and is in service in connectionwith, or wishes to practice inmodem scientific system of medicine in Nagaland, apply for registration in the live register of the Council by applying to the registrar in form 1, along with copies of photogaphs and prescribed fees. The Registrar shall consider the application in form2 which shall be valid for aperiod of five years from the date of registration:
Provided that any person who has passed the qualifying examination of University or Medical Institution in Indiafor the grand of arecognized medical qualification - - shall be entitled to be registeredprovisionallY forthe purpose of internship training and on an application made for provisional registration to the Registrar in Form 3 along with the prescribed fees, the registrar will issue acertiticate of provisional registration inForm 4.
