Section 4: Preparation of register

i) The register of medical practitioners for Nagaland referred to in sub-section

(2) of Section 16 of the Act shall be in Appendix A.

@ The Registrar shall publish a notice in the Off~cial Gazette and in such newspapers as the Council may select about the register having been prepared and the ~gister shall come into force h m the date of the publication of such notice in the Official Gazette. The Registm shall publish, annually, on or before adate to be decided by the Executive Committee, an addendum and corrigendum to the lost published. After the publication of the name in the register, the last edition of that alone shall be the legal evidence of registration.
