Section 6: Renewal of registration

The Nagaland Medical Council Act, 2014State Act of Nagaland · Act 3 of 2014

The registration certificate can be renewed by the Council on receipt of application in form 3 along with the fee prescribed for renewal of registration. The Registrar shall consider the application and if found fi< shall renew the regisintion.

7. Restoration of registration. on submission of application in Form 7 by the oractitioner the Executive Comtnittee of the Council mav consider a case of restoration of registration of a person whose name has been struck off the register and may direct the Registm to re-enter the name of the practitioner in the register onpayment ofthe prescribed fees.
