Section 23

The North East Christian University Act, 2012State Act of Nagaland · Act 4 of 2013

(i) There shall be the following full time Director (s) who shall be appointed by the Chancellor.

(ii) aDirector for operations in the State omagaland ; and i as many Director (s) as required to be fixed by regulation for looking after the operation outside the State ofNagaland.

(2) the Director (s) shall not hold office beyond the age 62 years.

(3) their other terms and condition shall the state of be as per regulation.
