Section 30: Certificate not be assigned

The Nagaland Registration of Tourist Trade Act, 2000State Act of Nagaland · Act 6 of 2000

Any person who lends, transfers or assigns the certificate of registration issued under this Act, shall be liable to punishment with imprisonment which may extend to six months or with fine not exceeding Rs. 2000 or with both.
