Section 14: Form of notice

The notice to be served on an establishment before removing its name from the directory under section 11 of the Act, shall be in Form ‘G’.

15 Offences which may be compounded and the manner of compounding.

(1) Any offence whether committed before or after the commencement of this Act punishable under sections 19,20,21,22,23, and 24 may either before or after the institution of the prosecution, be compounded by such officers or authorities and for such amount as the govt. may, be notification in the Official Gazette, specify in this behalf.

(2) Where an offence has been compounded under sub-rule (1), the offender, if in custody, shall be discharged and no further proceedings shall be taken against him in respect of such offence.
