Section 22: सजिर्व द्वारा आजस्ट्तयों, र्वृजत्तक और र्वाजणजययक कायों या आर्व ेरान की घोषणा

(1) आयोग का सजिर्व इस जनयम के साथ संलग्न अनुसूिी के प्ररूप ‘क’ में आजस्ट्तयों और देयताओं की जर्वर्वरणी प्रस्ट् ततु करेगा।

(2) आयोग का सजिर्व अपनी पहली जनयुजि पर और पद त् याग करत ेसमय उि अनुसूिी के प्ररूप ‘ख’ में अपन ेरृ्वजत्तक और र्वाजणजययक कायों या आरे्व रान की भी घोषणा करेगा।
