Section 2: Application

National Highways Authority of India ( Leave ) Regulations, 1997Central Regulations · 1988

These regulations shall apply to all officers and employees of the, _ Authority exceptz- ~.

(a) persons on deputation to the Authority (unless he has opted 'for being . governed by these regulations)

(b) persons in casual or daily rated or part-time employment;

(0) persons paid from contingencies; and

(d) persons employed on contract.
