(1) The first Statutes of the Law University shall be made by the ViceChancellor of the Law University with the approval of the Chancellor. They shall be placed before the Executive Council at its first meeting and thereafter before the General Council, which may adopt them with or without modifications. (2) The first Regulations of the Law University shall be made by the Vice-Chancellor of the Law University in consultation with the Chancellor. They shall be placed before the Executive Council at its first meeting and thereafter before the General Council, which may adopt them with or without modifications
