Section 9: Delivery of accused to the Magistrate

Where a person subject to the Act has committed an offence which, in the opinion of the competent authority ought to be tried by a Magistrate in accurdance,with the civil law in force or where the Central Government, on a reference mentioned in rule t. decides that the proceedings against such person should he instituted before a Magistrate, the Commander of such person shall, after giving a written notice to the Magistrate concerned deliver such person tinder proper escort to that Mugistrate, [No. K-1 6011 /4 /g6•N$Q1 V.
