Section 5: In the said regulations, in Appendix 14. in paragraph 2, for sub-paragraph (i), the following shall be substituted,namely

"(i) National Council for Teacher Education recognised Teacher Education Institutions offering B.Ed and M.Ed programmes which have been in existence for at least five years and having Accreditation from an AccreditingAgency approved by the Council".
