Section 6: In the said regulations. in Appendix 15, in paragraph 2, for sub-paragraph(i), the following shall be substituted, namely

''(i) National Council for Teacher Education recognised Teacher Education Institutions offering B.Ed and M.Ed progranunes which have been in existence for at least live years and having Accreditation from an Accrediting Agency approved by the Council".
