(1) A motion of no confidence may be moved by any member of an Anchal Samiti against ilri Viue-FieMdent aLU'r giving at least seven days' notice in writing, tu the President of the Anchal Samiti, of his intention to move such a motion.
(2) If the motion is cviiicd by a majoiity of not less than twothirds of the total mi 'nba of membem of the Anchal Samiti the Vice-President shall cease to hold office.
(3) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Regulation, the Vice-President of an Anchul Srumti .'-hall not pivside at a meeting in which a motion of no confidence against him is under discussion, but he shall have the right to speak or otherwise take part in the proceedings of such meeting.
14. The Governor may, by order, remove from office the Vice- President or any other member oi1 an Auchal Samiti, after giving him an opportunity of making a repit-'rentslinn, if l i e - fa) incurs any of the disqualifications specified in section 7, or
(b) refuses to act or becomes incapable of acting, or
(c) is, in the opinion of tht- Governor, guilty of misconduct in the discharge of his duties, or Oath of office.

(d) is, in the opinion of the Governor, undesirable in the public interest to be continued in office, or
(e) has caused financial loss, waste or misappropriation of any money, or property belonging to the Anchal Sarniti, by neglect or misconduct in the performance of his duties, and the Vice-President or member so removed shall not be eligible for re-election or re-nomination to the vacancy so created.
