The North-East Frontier Agency Panchayat Raj Regulation, 1967.Regulations · 1967

(1) The Governor shall appoinL an Executive Officer for every Anchal Samiti.

(2) The Executive Officer shall act as the Secretary of the Anchal Samiti and shall, subject to the onuLol ol the Piosident, carry out the resolutions and diiections of the Anchal tjamiu and discharge such other functions as may be prescribed.

(3) Subject to such rules, as may be made in this behalf, the Anchal Samiti may appoint such othi r officers and employees and m such number as may from time to time be necessary.
