The North-East Frontier Agency Panchayat Raj Regulation, 1967.Regulations · 1967

(1) Every Anchal Samiti and every Gram Panchayat receiving contributions from an Anchal Samiti under section 33 shall maintain accounts of its receipts and expenditure in such form, as may be prescribed.

(2) The accounts of every Anchal Samiti and the Gram Panchayat referred to in sub-section (1) shall be audited annually in such manner as may be prescribed.
